on a side note i do not use system restore at all and my backup software is macrium reflect. these things dont happen all the time but its been doing this for about 1.5 weeks now. lastly sometimes when im on my computer and it seems to be working the computer will just totally freeze and be unresponsive and i have to hold the power button down for 5 seconds to turn it off. when that happens i have to hold the power button down until it goes off and then i try again and after about 5 or 6 times of repeating this it will finally go on. another random thing that has happened a few times is when i turn the computer on by pressing the power button it will start to blink amber 4x in a row and not go on. some of my bsod errors are bad pool header, irql not less or equal and page fault in non paged area.
